Shake well before using

Two to four times per day mix drops in a glass of water & drink.

Adults: 30 to 40 drops
Children: 15 to 20 drops

Calm Waters Compound contains:

• St Johns Wort flrg. tops (Hypericum perf.) 1,3
• Plantain leaf (Plantago lanceolata & major) 2,3
• Goldenrod flowering tops (Solidago spp.) 2,3
• Arnica flower (Arnica montana) 1,4
