This fragrant tea is formulated with organic herbs, including fenugreek, fennel, and milk thistle, plus the power of nettle and raspberry leaf.
Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over one tea bag. Cover and steep at least 5-10 minutes. Squeeze teabag to release all the herbally goodness. Sip and enjoy!
