3-Ingredient Healthy Cherry Gummies

  1.  In a saucepan, pour 3/4 cup of the tart cherry juice, along with the gelatin powder, and whisk to combine. The mixture will thicken quickly.
  2. Once combined, place the saucepan on medium heat and add the remaining 3/4 cup of juice. Bring the mixture to a light simmer. Once everything is combined, take the saucepan off the heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes to cool.
  3. Once the saucepan has cooled down slightly, add the honey and stir until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour into silicone molds or a shallow tray and set it aside for 30 minutes to get to room temperature. After 30 minutes, place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
  5. Remove the gummies from the silicone molds and enjoy! These gummies can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
