Craving a sweet treat without the guilt? These 3-ingredients healthy homemade cherry gummies are naturally flavored with tart cherry juice – known for supporting heart health – and raw honey, a natural sweetener rich in immune-boosting properties. This cherry gummy recipe is easy to make, and perfect for a fun, nourishing snack!

- In a saucepan, pour 3/4 cup of the tart cherry juice, along with the gelatin powder, and whisk to combine. The mixture will thicken quickly.
- Once combined, place the saucepan on medium heat and add the remaining 3/4 cup of juice. Bring the mixture to a light simmer. Once everything is combined, take the saucepan off the heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes to cool.
- Once the saucepan has cooled down slightly, add the honey and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into silicone molds or a shallow tray and set it aside for 30 minutes to get to room temperature. After 30 minutes, place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
- Remove the gummies from the silicone molds and enjoy! These gummies can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
