  1. Mix peanut butter, protein, almond flour, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt in a large bowl and blend until dough forms.
  2. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Scoop and press the dough into the bottom of the dish until smooth and even.
  3. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave in 15-30 second intervals until properly melted, making sure to stir in between heating. Pour the mixture over the dough until it is fully covered.
  4. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until the bars have set. Slice the bars into your desired size and enjoy!
